My favorite spot for a bagel and coffee in downtown Boise. They have what I consider to be the closest thing to a New York style bagel around! Their coffee is awesome and they have lots of gluten-free options. Definitely do not pass this spot by. Also good to come and grab a cup of coffee and get a little bit of work done. It’s got a quirky funky vibe that fits downtown perfectly. Great selection for lunch as they offer a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches. Yummmmm!! The everything bagel, is everything!

I had a Manhattan Morning bagel and cappuccino. The flavors were so well-balanced in the bagel—it was delicious! What a beautiful start to the day. I highly recommend this coffee shop in downtown Boise.

Interior of this place is incredible and it’s in the historic part of downtown Boise, so you can’t help falling in love with it you can tour the artwork for sale enjoy the friendly service, and the coffee is incredibly well prepared I had to order the cold brew with a shot. I was really tired but my cousin to join me with a 20 ounce iced Americano. We managed to grab a seat. Enjoy the view and catch up on some old times and it felt wonderful was very tranquilizing even have outdoor seating. I can’t say enough good things about this place because I want to come back and learn more. The coffee tasted wonderful! stop by for a drip and a sip !

It was my first time trying this place and I’ll be back. I had their vegetarian bagel and a dark and spicy soy latte. The two gentleman behind the counter were friendly and it was a relaxing place to sip my coffee and enjoy a book. My only complaint is oat milk is a dollar extra which seems excessive when compared to soy at 0.50.

There aren't enough stars for this place. Alia's is worth driving downtown, DURING RUSH HOUR, when you live Southwest Boise and work 4 miles from home... I absolutely love Sri, so friendly and a genuinely amazing woman. Greets with a smile and you can tell has many regulars who she actually gets to know. The sandwiches are made in front of you, completely customizable and DELICIOUS! (If you like a little spice, get the Salsalito and substitute with jalapeno cream cheese and pepper jack cheese . Like I said, it's worth going out of your way (during rush hour) to enjoy all that Alia's has to offer.

This might be one of the coolest coffee houses in Boise! Not sterile, soft and welcoming decor, and very great drinks! The space is large and gives off a real community type of vibe. We first discovered this spot on Saturday. The two gentlemen working were excellent and made friendly recommendations. We came in for a final visit on Monday, around 11. The service at the drink counter was once again, superb! The employee on that end was very warm, welcoming, and polite.

Great little local coffee spot here in downtown Boise, Idaho. The two guys running the place were very cool and curtueous. We dined in and had a fresh cappuccino and hit chocolate. Awesome morning wake up call. We will be back.
